I feel sad for some reason today, yet I have no reason to be. I will myself to be brighter, yet I sense a heaviness about me. The rain does not help and seeing my day as just ordinary is wrong. Each day is a gift, whether it be wrapped in sunshine or raindrops. Could it be that my eyes are on myself and not on God? Yes, that must be it.
Psalm 121:1-2 "I lift my eyes to the hills- where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth".

All I can say is that is a wonderfully relevant verse to us all during such times.
